Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your purchase! If you need to return or exchange an item, please review our policy below:

• Returns or exchanges must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.

• All returns or exchanges must be pre-authorized. Please email leialoha@kinikreations.com for authorization before sending any items back.

• Lei are non-returnable due to their custom, handmade nature.

• Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.

• Return postage is the responsibility of the purchaser. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
